Simply Mae – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of the sales contract between you and Simply Mae LLC (“Simply Mae,” “we,” “our,” “us”) and should be read together with our Terms of Service, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. By placing an order you agree to every term below.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Item Standard Practice Exceptions
Cut-off time Orders placed Mon – Fri before 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time (MT) usually leave the same day. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or US federal holidays ship the next business day.
Carrier All parcels ship via FedEx Ground® or UPS Ground® at our discretion. We do not offer USPS, DHL, freight forwarders, or local pickup.
Handling time guarantee While most parcels depart within 24 hours, processing can take up to 10 business days during peak periods, security holds, or severe weather. See § 8 for fraud-screening holds.

2. No PO Boxes — No International Shipping

  • Continental U.S. street addresses only. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, freight forwarders, hotels, or lockers.

  • We currently do not ship outside the United States. Any order with an international address will be cancelled and refunded.


3. Tracking & Carrier Scans

A tracking number is emailed when your label is created. Due to carrier batching, it can take up to 10 business days for the first scan to appear online. During that window Simply Mae cannot accelerate, reroute, or cancel the shipment.


4. Shipping Charges & Methods

*Transit times are estimates once the package is accepted by the carrier. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.


5. Risk of Loss & Insurance

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier scans the parcel as accepted at our dock. We automatically add carrier insurance up to the merchandise value. Claims for loss or damage must be filed with us within 7 days of the carrier marking the parcel lost or delivered.


6. Delivery Issues

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

  • If a shipment is returned to sender because the address was invalid, incomplete, or refused, we will issue a refund minus original shipping and a 5 % restocking fee (see Return Policy).

  • We do not reship the same order. You may place a new order with a valid address.

Missing or Stolen After Delivery

  • FedEx/UPS confirmation of delivery constitutes proof of delivery. Simply Mae is not responsible for theft after delivery. Choose a secure address; high-value orders may require a signature.


7. Limitation of Liability

Simply Mae is not liable for delays caused by carrier error, weather, natural disasters, or force-majeure events. In no event will our liability exceed the amount you paid for shipping on the affected order.


8. Fraud-Prevention & Abuse Controls

To protect customers and comply with the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act we may:

  1. Hold or cancel any order flagged by our fraud-screening system until identity or payment details are verified.

  2. Ship only to the verified billing address or request government-issued ID for high-value orders.

  3. Suspend shipping privileges for accounts with excessive chargebacks, false “item not received” claims, or repeated undeliverable addresses.

Orders delayed for verification count toward, and are subject to, the 10-business-day processing window.


9. Governing Law & Venue

This Policy, and any dispute arising under it, is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction in the state or federal courts of Laramie County, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.


10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Changes apply to purchases made after the “Last updated” date.
