Simply Mae Shipping Policy

Shipping rates

Simply Mae offers free standard U.S. shipping on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $60 or more after discounts and before taxes. Available shipping options and any charge for orders below $60 are shown at checkout before payment.

Order processing

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Processing can take longer during launches, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or when an order requires additional review. An estimated delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Tracking

We will email tracking information when your order ships. A carrier may need up to 48 hours to post the first tracking scan. If tracking has not updated after that period, email hello@simplymae.co with your order number.

Shipping destinations

Shipping availability is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout. If we cannot ship to an address, checkout will not offer a shipping method or our team will contact you before fulfillment. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Address changes and cancellations

Email us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped. Simply Mae is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Delays, lost packages, and damage

Carrier delays can occur after an order leaves our facility. If a package appears lost, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, contact hello@simplymae.co promptly with your order number. For damage, include photos of the product and shipping package. We will review the tracking and help with the appropriate carrier claim, replacement, or refund.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Do not send a return without approval and return instructions.
