Important: These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Simply Mae LLC (“Simply Mae,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing simplymae.co or purchasing from us, you agree to every term below. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

This website is operated by Simply Mae LLC, a Wyoming limited-liability company. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Simply Mae. Simply Mae offers this website, including all information, tools, and services (collectively, the “Service”) to you conditioned on your acceptance of all terms, policies, and notices stated here or incorporated by reference (together, the “Terms”).
Any new features or tools added to our store are also subject to these Terms. The current version is always available on this page, and your continued use of the site after we post changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products to you.

Colours and images are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen’s colour accuracy. We reserve the right to:

Occasionally there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time (including after submission).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Mae, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Service or any product, even if advised of the possibility. Where certain jurisdictions limit exclusions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simply Mae and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed, and the remainder of the Terms remain in force.
SECTION 16 – TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use the site. We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you fail to comply with any Term. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive.
SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, our Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and Simply Mae and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Simply Mae agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming for any court proceedings not subject to arbitration.
Arbitration option. Either party may elect to resolve, through binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, any claim (except intellectual-property or equitable claims) where the amount in controversy is US $10,000 or less. Hearings will be by videoconference or in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Each party bears its own attorney fees unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.
SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS
You can review the current Terms at any time here. We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting revisions to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
