This website is operated by Simply Mae LLC (“Simply Mae,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and is hosted by Shopify. By visiting simplymae.co, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Online store use

You may use the site only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with other customers, scrape protected content, or violate another person’s rights.

2. Products and information

We work to describe and photograph products accurately, but screen colors and packaging may vary. Product information is provided for general use and is not medical advice. Follow the label and application instructions, review ingredients, patch test when appropriate, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order because of inventory, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown before payment. Prices and availability may change without notice. Payment information is processed by Shopify and enabled payment providers under their own terms.

5. Shipping, returns, and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms. Those policies explain fulfillment, delivery, return eligibility, refunds, and personal-data practices.

6. Intellectual property

The Simply Mae name, branding, product copy, photographs, graphics, and site content are owned by or licensed to Simply Mae and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or create derivative commercial works from that content without written permission.

7. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photo, message, or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and yours to share. You grant Simply Mae a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with the store and its marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, or irrelevant content.

8. Third-party services

The site may link to or use third-party services, including payment, delivery, review, social, or analytics providers. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control. Review their terms and privacy notices before using them.

9. Service availability and disclaimers

We may update, suspend, or discontinue site features. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Mae is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Our liability for a product order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
